1. Service description

Guarden - Premium Privacy helps users store and manage passwords, private notes, bank account information, and subscription records in an encrypted local vault.

2. User responsibilities

  • The user is responsible for choosing and protecting the master password.
  • The user is responsible for keeping backup copies if backup is important to their workflow.
  • The user is responsible for deciding whether to enable optional Google Drive backup.

3. Optional backup services

If the user enables Google Drive backup, the app may create and manage encrypted backup files in the user's own Google Drive. Core password manager functionality remains centered on local device storage.

4. Warranty and liability

Guarden - Premium Privacy is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accept liability for loss caused by device failure, forgotten master passwords, or user-side backup issues.
